Villa Revel Parravicini
stands in the heart of Como as a refined example of neoclassical architecture,

the centuries the villa has belonged to illustrious noble families, each of
which contributed to building the prestige and identity that still

twentieth century the property was purchased by General Genova Thaon de Revel,
a prominent figure in Italian history and a leading protagonist of the Risorgimento.
Distinguished for his courage and dedication to the cause of national
unity, he was awarded by King Umberto I the Collar of the Supreme Order of the
Most Holy Annunciation, one of the highest honors bestowed for exceptional

In 1910 the villa passed to his daughter Ottavia, who
later entrusted it to her granddaughter Camilla Parravicini Sossnovsky. Today the
descendants of the Parravicini Sossnovsky family lovingly preserve this
